Is this a good ball for a THS and how well does it take to polish?

It depends on how much volume there is. For me it needed some oil and the best reaction I ever got out of mine was on sport shots with higher volume.

I did polish mine and it worked a little better on our med-light house shot but I had other weaker balls that worked better

I currently roll a Motiv Primal Fear.  Will the Fight be more or less ball than that piece?
