Anybody have both of these balls if so would like to know which would make the better benchmark ball. Thanks for any answers in advance.

For a benchmark piece I think the Outlaw would be better than the Bandit.  The Frantic's core is a little too weak to be a benchmark piece imo.  Outlaw has a nice controlled motion downlane, where the Bandit is pretty angular.

Little known fact:  In Russian "Hope" and "Change" translate to "Tax" and "Spend"

I agree that the Outlaw will be the better benchmark compared to the Bandit.  The cover gives you more flexibility to handle a wider range of conditions from medium to medium-heavy.  The Bandit is more of a true medium ball, and works well there.  As for the Frantic, it's weaker than both of these and very similar to the RG Rising Star.  The Frantic and Rising Star work best on medium-light.

If I had an arsenal of those 3, I would go Outlaw > Bandit > Frantic or Rising Star.

My Arsenal (as of February 2012)
Heavy Oil:  Roto Grip Defiant: 3000 AB
Medium-Heavy Oil: Track 919C: 3000 AB
Medium-Heavy Oil: Ebonite Vital Energy: 4000 AB
Medium Oil: Track 505T: 4000 AB
Medium-Light Oil: Hammer Brick: 2000 polished

It depends on what conditions you usually bowl on.  While I agree completely that the Outlaw is a better benchmark than the others mentioned, it is on the strong side.  If you bowl on lighter conditions, there's no point having a benchmark you can never use.
With that said, if you were set on one of the two, I think the Frantic woud be just slightly better as than the Bandit as a benchmark.  This is primarily because the Frantic has a hybrid cover while the Bandit is a pearl.

I have an original Furious and honestly, I believe a Tropical Heat solid or hybrid would be a better benchmark than either balls you mentioned.

I've tested all of these and we've done reviews on them.  You can check out the videos for all of the balls you're asking about on my site.
PM me if you need more info.
