Current arsenal is a Proton at the top, 2 Gravity Evolves below that, a RG Hyper Cell Fused, an RG MVP, and an X-Factor Deuce from 2003 when they get really toasted.

But I'm looking for a weaker solid or hybrid to go underneath my 2 Gravity Evolves with a bit of an earlier, smoother motion than I get from HCF.

The Maxx or HB Intensity are two I'm looking at right now, but I'm open to any suggestions.

I’m planning on getting the RotoGrip Rubicon to go under my Gravity Evolve.
Current Arsenal: Storm Super Nova, Storm Absolute, 900 Global Zen Master, Storm Summit, Storm Journey, and Storm Punch Out

I think the Phaze II fits what you're looking for. Rubicon should fit in theory but it's probably stronger than the Evolve and definitely above the Fused.

maybe an all road?  evolves that i have seen are kinda early and chuggy,  Fused is longer and stronger.

All road should be longer than evolve, but not a real booming backend
