The Marvel has the same coverstock as the Virtual Gravity, but a different core design that is symmetrical (Centripetal core in the Marvel) rather than asymmetrical (Shape-Lock core in the Virtual Gravity).

The Shape-Lock core that was in the Virtual gravity created a great deal of angle that was present in their other releases of balls with that core design (see Gravity Shift and Virtual Energy).  I personally feel like that core design created the most "tip" of any core design that Storm has released.

The first release with the Centripetal core was the Prodigy, which seems to have a tendency to roll very even for most bowlers.  Since the Marvel utilizes a solid coverstock rather than the pearlized coverstock of the Prodigy, and an out of box surface grit of 2000 rather than the 4000 of the Prodigy (4000 for the Virtual Gravity too fyi), I would expect it to roll very evenly and early.

I think that the Dimension comparisons sound the best given what the core/coverstock/surface combination of the Marvel is listed as...

Let me say something, let me say something...

Doesn't that Marvel cover look remarkably similar to the new C-System Alpha Max? . . .

Anyone one else pic up either of these beauties yet?
