Title: Marvel Pearl and Agent
Post by: 2handedrook12 on April 16, 2015, 10:01:31 PM
Hello everyone. I have both of these balls now along with a Fusion.  I have yet to throw either one. but FWIW, the Fusion appears to be set up for a smoother response to friction and a earlier roll. The Marvel Pearl looks like it is in a stronger flare position along with a quicker response to friction. The Agent and MP seem to be very similar spec wise and core shape wise. I am aware that the Reactor coverstock isn't as strong as it used to be. However, it is still a sharp change off friction. What type of layout should I put on the Agent? Obviously I should throw both balls before I make a decision,  but I wanted some ideas.

I'd put the same, the marvel pearl would handle heavier conditions, the agent would work on light conditions..

Are both balls new or are they used? If they are used, what is the condition of the surface?

Personally, I like to drill everything with the same layout.  This gives me a better indication of what the differences the core and coverstock give me with each ball.
