Title: MED-HEAVY
Post by: Barbarian2990 on March 30, 2008, 09:14:55 AM
Im just looking to cover everything that is above med oil with one ball because of my low budget. I have a blue vibe drill above the finger just looking for a heavy oil ball to drill below the fingers. I was thinking like a CELL, ANGER, something like that trying to stay away form the black widow line because ive had the solid and the pearl and didnt like them. i just want a ball thats versitile and not to condition specific something good to start the day off with.any suggestions from any company are welcome.

"T" Road Solid ball of the year. Very tunable cover and great pin carry.

I agree that the T-Road Solid is a good candidate, but I would also take a look at the Special Agent, which one you pick would depend on whether you like your breakpoint closer to you (Special Agent) or further down the lane (T-Road).

Agree w/Walley & CHawk.  T-Road Solid is probably just a touch cheaper, but you can't go wrong w/either for versatility.  But, from what I've read & seen, the Rapid Fire is also becoming a very versatile ball.

If you can still find one, the original Paradigm is a good candidate.

Above medium/med-heavy oil, I wouldn't recommend the Rapid Fire.  Some players could use it in heavy, but not everyone.  I'd follow the recommendation of the T-Road Solid, plus it's workable on a budget.
