Razor Wire ..... SMOOTH!
« on: September 21, 2004, 10:43:35 PM »
Just took this babe back to my home patterns in Florida.

A 10 to 10 that is maybe only 35 feet long.

I was again impressed with this ball.

The ball definitely flares but because of the slower reacting coverstock(power glide) this thing just wheels off the breakpoint so smoothly!

I'm considering polishing to straightenout the flight path but I was wheeling this thing from the 3rd arrow almost to the gutter and back and though near rolled out this thing had just enough to carry a lot.

Brought it back to my new home area and it on a longer pattern it did the same thing yesterday but slightly straighter.

PS one can visibly watch this ball strongly flare down the lane and react very smoothly to the oil pattern.  Lots of churning to get back happens.
And it looks good on the lanes and is very readable despite busy pattern!

This ball along with the Ebo Stinger Lo Flare particle are sweet. They are overlooked by many due to the lack of power but on many sport shots and tougher patterns they keep you in the hole longer. I plan on punching one of these up for this years ABC's will wait till the pattern is out to determine drill pattern and cover prep. This is a ball most house bowlers should look at because of its versatility.

I am continuing to find this to surprisingly cover and score on a lot of different conditions, often coming up first at place after place and on different patterns.

I've not polished it as my place just changed to a THS and I've been able to wheel the lane, or go straight and carry on carrydown(though I think there are better).  Surprisingly when I look up this ball has outscored the others I brought that day.

The last time I had a ball like this was the Rebel ECX out of the box and it could not carry from inside as well.  This will wheel from the inside or straight up the boards or pointing.
