Title says it.

Just how weak is the Natural Pearl?

For years people have talked about how great the Visionary Slate Blue Gargoyle is on drier lanes. And I was just wondering if the Natural Pearl was anywhere close... or just alot stronger?

Thanks!

Simply...no. There has never been IMHO a smoother drier lane, sahara desert ball than the SBG. The NP is good, but earlier and stronger.

Yeah the NP is a good dry lane ball.....but the SBG is barely more than plastic :)

Starburst XXXL  best dry lane ball
My yellow dot is good  also, but it will over hook on a dry lane.
XXXL will not and it carrys pretty well

When there is nothing but the dirt, the XXXL is the ticket. However, there are times the XXXL just doesn't want to turn up or ping 10 after 10, then the SBG is the ticket. SO smooth, hits and carries well because of the Gargoyle core, never had a Natural Pearl to compare it to....heard the Avalanche Pearl Urethane is pretty smooth....
