Title: New arsenal

I have been throwing columbia for the last year but i think its time for a change so i thought i would try storm.
Im looking for a 4-ball arsenal (not including spare) to cover most of the lane conditions i will see in tournaments and sport shots.
Im a med speed med rev player like to play 15 to 5 mabe 20 to 5. I am going to talk with the pro shop guy also but would like your opinion.

heavy/heavy: secret or special agent
med/heavy: Gravity Shift or T-road Solid
medium: Sure fire or Shift
med/light: T-road Pearl (weak drilling) or Tunderstruck

Heavy/heavy- special agent
med/heavy- paradigm, t-road solid, gravity shift
medium- rapid fire, spit fire, t-road pearl, thunderstruck solid or pearl
medium/light- jolt pearl, t-road pearl

what do you guys think will these complement eachother?

not a bad list, but I have to tell you that the Gravity Shift is absolutely not a med/heavy ball - it is medium at best.  You may want to keep you list but drop the rapid fire.  I'd go with -

Cell
Attitude Shift
Gravity Shift
T-Road Pearl

greenefam,

so your saying that the attitude is not for the really heavy stuff but more for med/heavy.

also that the gravity is more of a benchmark ball?

The Attitude Shift has a relatively high RG for a true "heavy oil" ball in my opinion.  It's good for opening up the backend when there's some oil out there, but it won't shine on a truly heavy oil condition where you need the ball to rev up in a hurry and roll rather than hook.  A sanded Special or Secret Agent would probably be better in those conditions.  I don't know enough about the Rotogrip Cell to comment on it for heavy oil, though it looks to be an absolute beast on moderately heavy conditions.

Attitude Shift goes too long for a true heavy oil ball.  Storm heavy oil choices include Pardigm Passion, Double Agent, and Secret Agent.  A Special Agent sanded to 500-1000 will also fit the bill.

The Cell is also a Medium Heavy / Heavy ball - but it will start earlier than the Attitude and it also can be used for Heavy - like the Special.
