For the Storm Guru's
« on: February 04, 2007, 12:28:38 PM »
I have had a Monster Brusier in my bag for years as a when the lanes get that bad ball.  It is my fall back ball - it actually took the palce on my old sapphire zone both drilled pin above the bridge and the CG kicked out a small amount.  I am not happy with the BVP line from big b and loved the storm stuff I use to have (except for a vertigo).  I was thinking of replacing my Bruiser with a Thunderstruck and drilling it the same way.  Does this sound like a good idea or is there something else that you might suggest?

Thanks... KF

I'll second that. The MB will roll earlier than the TS solid, but when you knoc off the shine it should be a very good replacement. A polished Diablo might fit the bill, too?

It's been a while since I've seen a Bruiser go down the lane, but I would've thought that a Jolt Solid would've been a better match to the ball over a Thunderstruck.

Thank you very much for the help...

When I say "The lanes are just that bad" i mean there is a lot of carry down and/or the heads are fried I can get the ball to roll cleaner through the heads and arc on the end..  Mainly because of the drill...
