I dunno much about your game or your usual layouts, but I would say anything between a 4.5 to 5 inches pin to PAP would be alright.  Put the CG in a spot where it gives you flexibility for a weight hole in case you need to fine tune the reaction (more hook, less hook, etc).  

My sister is a lefty stroker and got this ball, it's phenomenal really.  So smooth off the spot, with great power.  Hers is only 14lbs and she carries light hits more often than not.  Goes pretty long, for her at OOB, and she has a slower ball speed.
