SS Pearl's place in current lineup???
« on: January 11, 2008, 06:15:21 AM »
I'm thinking about buying someone's Super Sport Pearl, but need to know where it would fall in the current Storm lineup. I know that it has a pin of about 3", if that helps. What type of conditions is this ball suitable on?

I used to have one, similar in motion to the T-Road Pearl, but a little weaker.  Not a bad ball on a medium to lighter volume/length shot with clean backends.  Not much midlane with the SSP, it's you're typical skid snap piece.

The reactor cover is the same you'd find on the Agent, Thunderstruck pearl or Spitfire, but with a lower diff core.

A piercing projectory on even very light oil volumes.

A great in our house which dry midlanes and then carrydown.  It almost doesn't seem to recognize carrydown...a slight move to the outside(very slight) and it just keeps driving to the hole carrydown be damned!
