Reign of Fire..please help

Would the Reign of Fire sanded to 4,000 make a good benchmark type ball for someone with high ball speed and med revs? I'm still pretty new to all this and I am trying to learn as much as possible.

I would say so.  If you're speed dominant that should do it for you, shouldn't be too strong for a benchmark then.

The ROF is a beast of a ball. It should work well with your stat's. This ball really grabs on the backend.

If you have high ball speed and medium revs I would start with 2000.
