Question: Triple X-Treme......
« on: December 19, 2005, 02:12:49 PM »
For some reason a ball I always wanted to throw was the X-Factor Duece. It's almost impossible for me to find one in 16lbs but a shop near me has a crackhead price(very low) on a Triple X-Factor Xtreme. I see they have the same covers, probaly a stronger motor. For those that have thrown both, how similar were they to one another? I'm really interested in picking it up.

edit: I've read reviews here and at the other site and after alot of filtration I've found a little bit of helpful info but would still like more.

hey D i had/have both of these balls.. With the Deuce was more of an even reacting ball for me. Great ball in Medium-Heavy Stuff but never really gave me an over-reaction. Now the X-treme i have now gets pretty good length and a Huge backend reaction with a lil better hitting power.

DRILLING: DEUCE i had drilled pin under ring cg kicked out abotu 2.5" with axis 6  3/4 out off my center of grip.

X-TREME - pin above middle finger cg about 1/4" right of my center of grip no axis. I love this drill pattern Great to play up the lanes with or extreme deep angles in the later games of tournies

HOpe this helps ya.. TROUT
