Gravity
« on: July 03, 2008, 08:07:22 AM »
I am looking to replace all my other equipment with Roto/Storm equipment. I have a strong skid snap drilled Brunswick Smokin' Inferno. I was wondering if anyone knows if the Gravity would be a good replacement. If not what would be? It is a long and strong ball so I figured I should go with Storm over Roto on this one.

yeah, you'll be right on the dot with the Gravity.
I'd say one of the strongest backend pieces of equipment Storm has released since the Fired Up
You could also go with a Rapid Fire Pearl, but it won't be able to handle as much volume of oil as a Gravity

I find the Gravity to be not so skid/snap.  Granted mine is drilled pin under, I find it more of a control piece.  I would check out the Rapid Fire Pearl, that core definitely is meant to make left turns.

I have not thrown the Rapid Fire Pearl, however, I must say, the Gravity is skid/flip if there is enough volume up front. Mine is pin over bridge/key 60 degrees.

The Gravity should do the trick. Mine is pin under with a 5.5 in pin to PAP gets down the lane and keeps a controlled breakpoint with a strong move in the back.
