real good question..??
« on: September 22, 2003, 10:37:39 AM »
Okay here goes. Is the core of a ball under 12 pounds different from a core of a ball that is 12+ pounds. Cause i bought a storm powercore HRG and it is 11 pound 1 oz. and when i was goin to get it drilled the pro shop said i would have been wasting my money getting it drilled. he told me that the ball didnt have a weight-block, but a storm powercore hrg 12+ has a weight-block. Is this true.???

Even at less than 130lbs I'd say a 14 shouldn't be too heavy for you, assuming you don't have any underlying medical conditions. Almost all 14lb balls have the same blocks as the 15s and 16s, so you won't be losing any of the ball's dynamics or carry.
