Title: Replacement balls - Still waiting since mid may

Sent my 3 balls back to storm, followed all the procedures, still have my shipping docs. etc. How many folks are still waiting for their replacement balls.  It is going on 4 months. I wish someone from Storm would chime in on how much longer we should expect to wait.

Have you contacted their customer support? Does your shipping show completion?

I haven't heard of anyone still waiting
