Has PA Signed with Storm?

I see PA bowling in the Japan Cup wearing a Storm Shirt and Throwing a Virtual.
The Shirt is Embroidered with the Storm Logo's and not just patches like previously. Has the Storm Nation snagged him as well?

As far as I know he hasn't signed with any company. I think he is a free agent that is probably doing the shirt thing as there is a small incentive for doing so on TV.
