I'm going to be trading for a SD second dimension. I had one a long time ago, and didn't match up with it very well, very over under, which I attributed to layout and surface, but never changed it. I've wanted to try another because my style has changed, and it'd like to see if I match with it.
I've talked to 2 pro shops, both sayin that bc it is old, it really wouldn't be worth plugging and redrilling.
Ultimately it is up to me wget her or not I was to put the $50 into it.
What are your thoughts? Worth it, not worth it? Why?
Thanks fellas.

Don't let the pro shops discourage you. I've bowled well with redrilled equipment.
That said only way to find out if you match up is to try

That guy is just trying to get you to buy new equipment. That's crappy. Tell him to take your money and plug it!

How bout this I had an old lane1 uranium I bought for $40 and it had already been plugged 3 times, my guy plugged it and redrill it I shot mutiple 300s and made a lot of money turned around gave it to a friend she had to plug up thumb cuz of length of course she has shot sum decent games to where she has made a lot of cash and she still has it till this day and uses it, so never let anyone tell u it's not worth it I'll buy a used ball in a heartbeat especially if the cover is in good shape people think that because a ball stops rolling means it's no good 9 times out of 10 all it needs is rejuvenating and resurface and it's as good as new
