For those that have thrown both, how do they compare? Considering both as a get down the lane and roll with some pop.

For me the Crux Pearl is a little earlier and more of a sweeping motion, where as the Snap Lock is as advertised, a length and snapping back end.
I really fought with the over under of the Crux and have traded it off.
When I first got my Snap I struggled to really understand where the ball worked best. Now that I have, I love this ball.

LyalC52 is basically most people's experiences.
The snap was an awesome release overseas.....so good it was brought here.
Hopefully this holds true for this code black coming Nov 22!!

I agree. At first I did not like the reaction (of the Snap Lock) either. Just too jumpy. But after I adjusted the cover to 2k and a light 4k, the ball is smoother, not as flippy off the spot. Most of the time I have to play deeper with this ball, but that's ok. I like the re-action now. After I learned how to use it, now it has a place in my arsenal.
