I purchased my first Storm ball 2 years ago and I will probably never go to another product. I have the Storm Eraser Blaze PBT and since purchasing the ball 2yrs ago, my avg has gone from a 215 to 220 at the end of the bowling season last year and right now I'm carrying a 222. This past monday night, I had a career night. I shot my 2nd 300gm and my first 800 series (842). 33 out of 36 strikes. THis ball is just amazing. Every house I bowl at, I can pretty much play my line/shot without any major adjustments. The ball is very consistent.

Congrads on the 300 and the 842...good set!
I can understand you liking Storm, since it seems to be your "bread and butter" but don't count out other company's offerings all together. I'll be the first to say that Storm is IMHO producing the best bowling balls that cover a lot of the bases, but there are is other equipment out there than can be just as good. It's always just a matter of matching up...the ball, line, release, drilling, surface prep, etc. There are so many things that will give you a great look on the lanes and it's not always just a Storm Blaze, etc. Being a long time Storm fan it was hard for me to drill up anything else as I had been exclusively Storm for about 4 years and doing very well with them. I have since branched out into Roto-Grip, Ebonite, Hammer and have even contemplated a Brunswick ball or two. The days of one company being so indifferent from another are gone.
Again, I'm glad that you like Storm and what their equipment has done for (works great for me), but don't close your mind to the other company's offerings as they could or will in the future have your next #1 ball in their line-up.
