My guess - new cover and new core.
They would probably be better off re-releasing the original Agent.

It's a Thunder Line ball, so I am guessing the Thunder core is here to stay and we'll see the T-Road Pearl go after being released November 2006. Yes, it has been out that long.

I'll venture a guess that it's the T-Road block with R2X pearl or the pearl cover from the 2d Dimension.
