The Storm Absolute Power utilizes the R2S Deep Solid cover along with the Sentinel Core. This combination of cover and core gives us a very versatile ball reaction. We compared the Absolute Power against the original Absolute. The Absolute Power was stronger overall, front, mid-lane, and back end for us. I see it as my Number 2 ball in my bag, just below the Eternity PI.

Absolute Power gives me a strong midlane roll with continuation through the pins. I opted to go with a pin down layout to provide a smooth continuous motion that I can use on a typical house shot. This ball is on the weaker side compared to other asymmetrical solids, so it was a perfect match for my higher rev rate on a house shot. For me this ball fits perfectly between the Eternity Pi and the Virtual Energy Blackout if you’re looking for a ball to fill that gap.
