Im a big believer in taking care of your equipment, wiping the oil off after every shot, cleaning, ect. So in my mind i think it would be worth it if the towel i use absorbs as much oil from the ball. Has anyone ever used this and think its actually worth it and something special? I doubt it but eh might be crazy enough to try

You talking about the Master Wipe-It Dry pad? Definitely worth it, easily worth it. Best towel I've ever owned by a long shot. Gets ALL the oil off and even will remove belt marks with a little firm scrubbing. No other towels even come close.

I have one too and it's great. It gets really dirty within a few sets, though, but that just means it's doing its job! Right?
Any luck cleaning it Gizmo?

I just ordered a Master Wipe It Dry Pad. At $18.00 + shipping, the towel is pretty pricey, but it looks and sounds to be very effective.
Jeff, thanks for the links.

Lol mine is filthy, but yeah that means it's working. Actually haven't gotten a chance to try to clean it yet. However, I will say that it's been absolutely filthy for the last month or two but still works as good as it did when it was clean. At least that's what it seems like, lol I really do need to wash it . . They say just dishsoap and water takes care of it.

Dawn dish soap did the trick on my sons. Cleaned right up. Now finding a brush to scuff the surface back up, that was tough. Went with a nylon sued brush. Seems to work great.
