Received notification today that one of my two replacement balls has shipped already and will arrive Wednesday, Mar 30th.
Quick turn around by Storm.

My Hy-Road Pearl hasn't shipped yet. Guessing those are going to take closer to the 5 weeks than 1, being goated and all.

First ball, a replacement for my Drilled Spectre, arrived today. Got a notification for the second ball replacement, which was not drilled, will be delivered on Friday.

I got my Spectre replacement on Monday, had it drilled and bowled with it on Monday night. I got the Wolverine. Now there are issues with that. Lucky me. :'(
Our center is not going to restrict the 6 recently USBC problem balls in league.
But, I don't like the idea of getting a 1/2 banned ball in exchange for a fully banned ball.
I don't need "cheater ball" comments at league or tournaments. Also, I don't want an asterisk next to a 300 either. Hopefully Storm will again exchange the Wolverines for anyone that got one via the Spectre exchange.

Hope so too. I have a customer who had a Spectre and exchanged it for a Wolverine - just like you. He chose the Wolverine because he already has one and likes it so much. And oh yeah, he has a Phaze 4. Yes, we all go to Nationals every year too....so yes, he wants to exchange them and will have 3 exchanges to now do.
Such a mess and so frustrating for everyone, including Storm, involved.

Got my HRP today without any notice that it had ever shipped. Definitely not ideal (especially in the case it never shows up and I would think Storm never sent it).

I received shipping notification on both of mine, not through email, but by text message. So if the phone number you gave them doesn't receive text message, that is probably the reason.

Should have worked unless i put in the wrong (old) #. Seems like a very odd way of doing it regardless, most places send an email.

They did stop shipments/reverse shipments.
I had a wolverine picked out, and they never sent it.
Now instead I picked hyroad.....it'll be my 3rd over the years... Lol

My one customer had a Wolverine stopped mid-shipment as well. He re-chose a different ball which arrived today (according to his text to me).
