Should I sell my IQ Tour and Fusion and get the IQ Nano??
« on: April 02, 2015, 01:57:15 PM »
I have both the Fusion and IQ Tour and was thinking about selling them and picking up the Nano. Fusion and Tour are very similar for me with the Fusion going a little bit longer and slightly more back end. I know everybody loves the Tour but I was hoping to get some opinions on what the differences are between the 3. Currently have the Dream On-  Respect - Fusion and Tour. Hoping the IQ Nano would fit above my Dream On. Thanks  ahead of time for your opinions.

My Tour Nano is very close to how my Tour Pearl was when I took it to 3000 abralon.

I've had/have all 4 Tour balls, all with 5" pin to PAP layouts. Surfaces and balance holes only differences (which have been drastic) and in my opinion the Solid hooks the earliest followed by the Nano, Fusion, Pearl.

For me the Pearl and Nano were very close in terms of angularity downlane, just a touch more than the Fusion, but the Nano went through the deck a little stronger.

BUT the biggest difference is how the Nano handles oil, particularly Sport patterns for me. It's great!! Just a step above the Solid.

Downside: my Nano seems very prone to scratches and gouges which I'm guessing has something to do with the larger voids in its cover composition. And it's quicker to lose its OOB aggression I have noticed.

Hope that helps!
