The Trend is a pretty big departure from the previous Belmo balls, it's basically a longer and stronger Idol Pearl that handles angle better. I didn't even compare it to the Pro Motion because they have zero in common aside from continuation. I'll make a comparison video in a week or two probably, but they're light years apart on the lane.

So Luke, after watching your videos, could you see the Trend, and the Pro Motion as a 1-2? (Medium/Hvy-Medium).
Thanks in advance.

I think so. They're pretty wildly different reactions though, or wildly different friction responses anyway. I'm going to do a comparison/combination video for them so we'll see what happens.

Thanks Luke for your input; I match-up well with Belmo balls for my game, and style. Look forward to your comparison video.
Not to mention, it’s REFRESHING to see you on our side of the lane, welcome big L. ;)

I also was hoping for them to have different shapes on different parts of the lane, so they won’t overlap much. Much appreciated.

Lol yeah there's definitely no overlap anywhere between them.

Thanks again Luke; It has to be challenging to bowl on both sides of the lane (But clearly a lot of fun as well. I also can throw it righty, but now NEARLY as good as you can. That’s a extra bonus for you (Lucky butt ;).
