yes very smooth transition ball just bump your feet a lil right or left depending if your a lefty or a righty but i havnt had a problem with carrydown thats when it works best

Cuts right through it, its great on carrydown type of conditions.

If you can find a pyro, that might be your best bet.

Sure fire is a great ball for carrydown. Just eats it up.

Can't find the Pyro yet. Discontinued?

I just read about a Special Agent cracking. It has the same R2S coverstock as the Sure Fire and the Secret Agent. Should I be concerned?

The Pyro is discontinued, yes.  However, some pro shops still have one or two sitting around since it was discontinued fairly recently.  I'm sure you'll be able to find one somewhere online if you look hard enough.

My first Special Agent cracked very shortly after I got it... at the same exact time as my original Reactor coverstock Spit Fire.  Both balls were bought and drilled within a week of each other at the same pro shop.  Storm replaced both balls no questions asked -- the new balls have had TONS of games but show no signs of cracking. Tony had five different balls he drilled crack in one week, and all were Storm/Rotogrip balls he received at around the same time, however it could have just been coincidence or the result of where they were stored or something like that.  He hasn't had any problems with any other Reactor or RS2 balls cracking since then.

The Sure Fire can handle the carrydown with no trouble.  My reaction is close to what the Diablo was.  Very smooth transition down the lane.  The carry has been great.  It seems to keep the pins low to carry the "off" hits very well.

Just saw and liked the Pyro on our local shot.

Also LOVED the Awesome Revs!

I have seen the Spit Fire and in my eyes it is extremely jumpy at the back!

I note the INVERTED twin V weight Block.

Should the Sure Fire be expected to be jumpier than the Pyro sort of like I view the Spit Fire to be jumpier than the Fired up??

Your ideas?

Oh....and Sure FIre is NOT particle pearl right?

The Sure Fire is a solid not particle pearl. The Pyro is Patricle Pearl but I think the sure fire will be more mid lane arc then the Pyro. I have a Sure Fire pin under ring OOB surface and its very smooth rolling and very easy to read. I have the Fired up which is the twin V weightblock and it has the same layout as the Sure Fire and both are very predictible rolling balls but the Fired Up goes longer.
