Title: thinking about switching..
Post by: yoshii on July 02, 2008, 06:19:55 AM
i was thinking about trying out storm for a change. i usually use brunswick and hammer, but heard a lot of good things about storm. what ball would be ideal as an all around ball? and what drill should i use as well. i throw about 14-15mph with a league bowlers medium rev.(i dont know how to count my rev rate).

the gravity shift no question, i also bowl 14 to 15 mph and for ths 38 to 40 ft it is unbelievable.i got mine laid out dual angle 70 degree pin over ring finger. carry's light hits well

its all fun and games till pins get broke

Go for the Dimension if you're thinking high end.

I'd recommend the Street Rod solid as a good all around ball and it's mid-priced.

for a good all around ball, i would recommend the Street Rod Solid. as for drilling the pill, i haven't seen you bowl, and i don't know your specs, so i can't say.

Angle and vector be damned, we're going to the moon!!!

Sure Fire is a great all around ball, can handle surface changes with ease.
Also, if you can get one, an original Agent is very versatile

on edit: you could go for a T-Road Solid, but it might be a little too much with your slower speed. I know the one I had was too much for me, I have a similar speed

My Arsenal:
Twisted Fury
Raw Hammer Pain
Blue Vibe

I bought my first Storm ball earlier this summer the Sure Fire, it is an very versatile ball and has become my benchmark ball great for medium oil or THS.
