VG Nano Pearl

Any one heard Storm have this new release.

Same color but with Pearl coverstock and 1500grit polish finish.

I'm hoping that this could be a TRUE replacement for my Virtual Energy this fall if need be. There could very well be a bowling ball that will perform similar to this one, however its probably scientifically impossible to match the exact reaction considering the amount of variables that go into making a bowling ball. Its very well possible that if I had an Anarchy in good condition that I would skip this release and wait a while for the next strong pearl or hybrid release, but I have an older Virtual Energy that is going to need replacing soon.

after reading the thread,

 

I'm a huge fan of the Energy (and the infinite theory) they have the same hybrid 1/3 solid, 2/3 pearl concept for their coverstock.  but the all pearl sounds great too!

 

I also shot a few 300's with my energy, the cover did extremely well with resurfacing and changes, but like my original shift, it CRACKED! but whatever, its all good, I have plently of equipment that i dont like that i especially dont have honor scores with (theyre mostly not from utah too!) i tell everyone the energy cracked cause i threw too many strikes with it!

 

bring on a nano that i can actually use on a THS haha..october come on already.

 

 

I can also add, my prodigy is aging like wine...its always in my bag the ETM is awesome, i know i sound like a fan boy but I STILL use my second dimension and i STILL take sidepots with it. 

 

have a good nite bolt throwers..

I hate to be that guy, but I have to wonder how this ball compares to the Critical Theory. Obviously the VGNP is 1500 grit polished and the Critical Theory is 4000 abralon so the comparisons are going to have different variables involved such as changing the surfaces the match. Scientifically the Critical Theory should grap the lane earlier with the dull surface where as the VGNP should skid a bit further due to the surface prep alone, but thats just a theory (har har har). It could be that these might not compete against each other as much as compliment each other with the oob surfaces remaining the same.
