How do you all like these two balls? What condition do you like each of them on?
Just wondering, some people have said the VE is hard to control cause the backend is so strong. Let me know your thoughts.

my driller set my VG up w/ a pin down driling w/ the key just down and right of the thumb, w/ a weight hole (sorry not a good description im not good w/ these things) and this ball matches up to me better than anything ive ever rolled. ball carries harder than anything and is very easy to control. Im about 15-16 mph w/ med revs. I can say i absolutely hated this ball when i first got it and pulled it back out 3 months later and am currently avgin 225 and 236 w/ it. I cant give any advice on the VE but all i can say is i will have one on the way very soon w/ another VG and this coming from a die hard hammer guy

I like them both fine. My VE(50* 4.5 65* 1000 dull) I prefer on the heavier side of things. My VG(55* 5 65*) I prefer on Medium-Heavy. For me, neither is too hard to control-quite a predictable arc.
I have a 2nd VE(63* 4.5 25*) that flips hard as hell off the dry spot that I can use when it's best for me to play the extreme angle.

I have them both. Both laid out with layout #1 - about 4 x 4.
I like to use the VG as the 1st ball out of the bag on fresh. When I start losing carry, I pull out the VE and it works very well on the broken down condition.
Used that formula last night on the USBC Red pattern and shot 697.
For me, the VG is more predictable on the fresh than the VE. The VE's backend is very strong and, as you move in, the VE becomes a beast - a controllable beast.
