IQ Tour Grandfathered

Has the IQ Tour Edition been "grandfathered" like the Hy-Road, or do you think they are going to attempt a successor soon?

I'm not sure what you mean by grandfathered. That usually means there is a new limitation in place and something that was out before the limitation will be allowed to continue

I took the OP as meaning if the IQ Tour will remain in the lineup for several years like the Hyroad or if they will replace it with a new ball. Which I honestly have no clue as to the answer.

How do you like your respect at 1000? I was thinking of trying that before selling it. Way too similar to my respect pearl as is. Problem is I have a crux at 1000 and do not need 2 balls that basically do the same thing.

It is a very strong ball. Before the surface change, it would often push too long in too much oil and go sideways off friction. With the surface change, it blends the pattern a little more and has great continuation. It kinda reminds me of the Marvel. I recently hit it with a bit of 4000 because I bowled on some shorter patterns than when it was my best option. Definitely think it is super versatile.
