what storm ball is better?
« on: July 06, 2005, 02:37:39 PM »
Currently i have a Quantom tour hooks great in my opp. but i want something that hits harder with more of a snap shot effect. i was looking at the storms and believe they have better over all compaired to the rest of the other brands. I was looking at the Fired up, X Factor Vertigo, and the X Factor Ace. who would recommend what ball for what lanes etc. what is the best of the 3? any info will help thanks.

Got to remember that the Quantum Tour had their proactive shell and a very low diff.  If you are looking for more hook any of the balls you have listed will work.  If you want true snap in the backend I would still believe that a Fired Up would be the best choice.  That ball is working very well in my area and it's a great new coverstock that Storm has put on it.

Yeah it matters what you are going to use the ball for...if your house shot is oily Id say get a vertigo...if its medium I'd use a fired up...I prefer my fired up on medium oil cause the ball has little to no over under for me...
