Title: What will take this balls place?

A friend of mine has a 505c2 -- he wants to get something in either Storm or Roto Grip that will take its place. What can you recomend?  He has alot of hand , his A game lets him play pretty deep most of the time. I am thinking  Unhinged, but the specs are different.

Try a punchout. Unhinged would be entirely too strong compare to the 505. Unless he just wanted something stronger.

The 505c2 has a low RG, and a low differential with a pearl cover. Sounds like the gold ball to me. But if you can't find one, as an earlier post made reference to a Fusion could be another possible option.

I had the 505c2 and loved that ball. I've never been able to quite figure out what the cover was exactly but it was not a pearl, it seemed to be orange solid and maybe silver pearl so I'd say hybrid cover.

The closest core is the modified centripetal used in the IQ tour series. I'd go with the Fusion as closest core/cover matchup. I threw the Fusion and the motion was very similar. The IQ pearl starts up later which is another reason why I say the 505c2 isn't a pearl
