Custum Storm Ball = ???
« on: August 11, 2004, 06:33:54 AM »
I found this ball on ebay and I do not recognise it. The guy selling it never shows the logo. It is pink and black which makes me think of the Eraser 2 or some edition of a thunder related bowling ball. Here is the link:

I don't think its a ER, I agree, the purple on the ER is pinkish, but not that bright, and the ER has Orange and Green Lettering.

Good eye V2. My vision is not that good, but the Eraser 2 is a Korean Ball, so that may prove it. Here is another Picture: http://www.gzonebowling.com/

Wait for the page to load and click on the storm icon near the bottom. Then when you get on that page, it should be in between the Super Power Pearl and the Too Hot.

That ball was a special edition made for the tour stop in Dallas. It is a thunder road. Had Don Carter Lanes on the side.

What ball it is can be figured by the TRO in the serial number.
I am not sure what ball has the SKU TRO but maybe someone else does.
While it does look like the Eraser II the Erasers have serial numbers
that are first 2 digits = year produced then TE*  for instance a Eraser Boost produced in 2002 would be 02TEB.

Yeah, I have heard and seen that thunder road on ebay, but it was in the back of my head. If it is an eraser 2, don't bother unless you want a shiny erase-it.
