Yeah, we've seen posted double that....  I don't know.  It's a great ball, but is really $110 or so more worth it than a current ball w/similar specs???

worst smelling ball but hey it reacted nicely and alot of peeps will pay that and more just cause it is a xfactor i think if storm wanted a quick boost in sales rerelease it in the exact specs and even the bad smell and bet they would sell out even with a high end price hey what does storm have to lose??

In my humble opinion the X Factor is one of the best if not the best bowling ball ever but not worth $250 get a Hy Road for a lot less.

It's worth it to the right person.  Look at it this way  How much $ do we spend looking for a ball to give a certain reaction.  You could spend thousands looking for a ball to replicate an X, and never find it, So $250 really isn't out of the question for a ball that you know will do exactly what you expect.

The smell is chocolate in case anyone was curious.  It doesn't smell bad unless it's left in the trunk on a hot day.  Then you better let your trunk air out.

If I had money to spend without hurting myself in the wallet and I found a ball that was identical in spec's that I recently lost to do cracking or lane damage I would pay $250 because I know exactly what this ball will do for me. Most of the people on this forum will say they won't pay that much, bet you if you found the right for that same person their opinion might change.

I liked the X-Factor but I wouldn't pay that much for a NIB one.

didn't storm have a few balls from that line up? I can only think of the Vertigo. One of my favorite balls from Storm. Not $250 bucks though.

It went, X-factor, Duece, Reloaded... then there was the Ace, triple x, extreme and whatever else.  I stopped following the line after that.

There were several. Original x-factor, then there was the Deuce, Ace, Reloaded, Trifecta, and Vertigo. The only two I did not like from that line up was the Deuce and Trifecta. I also forgot about the Triple X-Factor and the XXXTreme which I think were the final release''s for that line.
