Got a used 15lb Rising up for grabs here. Drilled RH, #1 layout for the drill sheet with pin under bridge, MB strong. No X-hole. Span is about 4 1/2. NO inserts, NO slug. The ball is second drill. Fingers and thumb redrilled back into.

Cover is in nice shape, couple little nicks, nothing big.
