Initial Track 910A review. Ball is drilled 60x4.75x40. This is one of my two favorite layouts. All practice was done on fresh strip and oil bowling in AMF synthetics with Easy Street using Kegel Kustidian.
First practice session, did not compare with another ball. Lined up 22, played 15 to 10 at breakpoint, which is where i normally start during league. Ball labored to make it back. Moved 4 right with feet and played 12-8 and had a much better look. Initial thought was backe ends may not have been cleaned as they have had some oiler issues from lack of oiler maintenance.
Second practice session, started with my Rising Star with same layout. (I Understand it is symmetrical and 910A is Assymetrical) Started playing same as first practice session. Had normal reaction that I typically see with Rising Star on this pattern. Switched to 910A and same as previous outing. Ball labored to make turn on backend. 3-5 boards weaker than my Rising Star.
My next practice, I will compare with my 508A which I play very similar to my Rising Star and will post.

Compared 910A to my 508A. Same layouts on both balls and same fresh strip and oil with Easy Street again. Found my 508A to be about 2-3 stronger than the 910A.

So you are saying the 910A is weaker than the 508A thus making the ball another failure

I drilled this ball as my skid flip ball to be used when the lanes break down and I have to get in to 4th arrow. I didn’t expect it to be as strong and my 920A but am pleasantly surprised on how much it flips. I can’t wait for the season to start to give it a look on a league shot. Another great piece from Track!

Drilling 45 3 3/4 35
very strong layout
Normal House shot... rolls a little early not much
big finish on the back end
I am left handed so no need to get too far right on a house shot. I do with the 910a. It stores so much energy and unleashes it on the back end.
Rev Rate: 430 RPM
Ball Speed: 18 MPH
Pap: 4-1/4 – 3/4 Down

From my read, I see it weaker than the 508a. I usually match up well with Track, but the last 2 years, I tend to match up better with their 5 series the best. Really liked the 607a also. Did not like 811a or the 811 c/t. Not saying they are turds, just do not match up with me. Guy that buys my used Track equipment matches up well with them.

I threw my 910A last night for most of game 3. That ball has some surface under the polish. It's a big time flip w/a major change of direction that I see.
I think what was happening was your 910 was loosing some energy up front thus making the 508 look better b/c it was cleaner through the front and mid.

COMMENTS
Drilled 70 x 5 x 55 Pin under
Likes: This is a ball that will make people stop and take notice. Never saw a ball go so long and flip like that. I adjusted the surface from 1500/polish to 4K dull. Still gets easy length and flips hard. Hits very hard. Love this ball. Takes surface adjustments well.

LANE CONDITION
Length:40ft
Volume:medium
Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc):THS
COMMENTS
Likes: This Ball actually isn't too much on a house shot. With the coverstock on it, it lasts a long time even when the lanes carry down. For a nine series this gives me longer length down the lane, but a very strong backend.
