The 930T from Track is the latest entry into their arsenal. The 930 boast the most hook of any Track ball made. I have mine drilled with the pin above the ring finger with the MB just to the right and below the thumb. It its box condition, it will cover just about any lane condition that has a decent amount of oil in the heads. As I compare it to the Rising SE., I find it stronger on the back end with a heavier roll that kicks out the corners very well. The only problem I had with it is on a 44 ft flat pattern. I could not get the ball to make the turn that I needed to play on this condition. With a surface change,500 grit abralon from the original 4000, the ball would have been fine. If power is what you are looking for on oily conditions, this new edition from Track in the ball that you should have in your arsenal.

Just got mine yesterday. Have it drilled pin over ring and cg and mb just to the right of my grip. ball gets through the heads with no problem and makes a hard and predictable move in. seemed like it doesn't turn as much as my hot sauce though. shot a few 200's practicing without taking any spare shots(rerack if not strike) only tried it oob, want to use in league before i make any changes to it. def. hooks more than the ebonite evolve.

Drilled up this ball about a week ago and already have posted 2 - 279 games, a 785 series and won a couple of jackpots.  This ball is amazing for those with high revs and love to swing the ball.  The ball gets through the heads sooo clean and then once it hits the break point, forget looking for a blinker cause this ball is going to make a LEFT! Carries through the pins and carries the corners well.  A must have in anyone's bag looking for a reliable ball to get down the lane and make a predictable read to the pocket.

Just like the 715 I only have one drilled as of now but drilling the other soon so I'll update.

My 930T I left at box finish occasionally taking it down to 2000 abralon for the shark. Drilling is pin 4" from pap mb 4" with a 2" pin buffer. What I get out the 930T is a very strong midlane read with excellent continutation. I shot a tournament recently where the shot was pretty roasted and the ball still didn't wanna quit like a lot of high end stuff on the market seems to do.  One thing I did notice with this ball is how amazingly diffferent it rolls polished. Much cleaner through the heads and very rolly which makes it easy to drill for a variety of styles.

This ball is a monster on oil, drilled mine up 35\4 1/2\30 and if there is oil it is the first one out of my bag. On heavy oil the 930T reads the mid lane like your on a light pattern and still turns the corner with ease. I have over 30 games on mine and it still performs like out of box condition.

This ball doesn't stop...Monster roll all the way thru the pocket..Second game in league shot 300 - 748 set.. Drilled by the Mighty EK Quinn 4 x 4 - 3"pin just above ring ringer. Left handed - medium speed(14) - tweener 3/4 release - carries light, medium, heavy, sends messengers.. Not a dry condition ball!!!! Needs oil and roll..Creates jealousy from storm product bowlers....

Heavy Hitter.  I drilled this ball to slown down, via the RICO drilling.  I wanted a ball that would carry out the corners on a house pattern when the sharper angles, just left them standing.  I left this ball with the out of the box factory finish and and I was not dissapointed.  The first practice game was 279, I can not wait for league this week.

This ball is a monster. I thought it was too much for me.

I tried a lot of combinations with this ball. OOB was too much for a medium-oiled THS. So I polished it with 4000 underneath. Didn't react much at all when they flooded the shot one night. I took it down to 2000/polished and it still hooked too much.

I then left it at 2000 sanded and tried to play a bit more inside. Still no good.

Then I realized I can just take most of my hand out of the shot standing at 30, throwing over 15 to 8.

I think I found the right combination. Finally. I can miss right a few boards and it still carries fine.

My love/hate relationship with this ball is now in the love phase. I'm not used to this simple hand delivery as I normally like to turn the hell out of the ball. But I am finding it is much easier on my wrist. And the predictable roll is something I was looking for.

So I will keep it. For now.

18 mph
Above average revs
PAP: 5 1/4 x 1 3/8 up

930 T specs:
Pin under middle finger MB kicked right with axis in the thumb quadrant (P3) if you go by MO's chart
5 1/2 pin to Pap
4" MB to PAP
4 1/2" Pin buffer (Pin - VAL)
Surface: 1000 abralon (hand done)
Static weights: 1/4 oz positive side x 3/8 oz finger

REACTION: This ball is amazing on Heavier Volume shots (sport/house) This ball reads the pattern tremendously up front and has the smooth transition in the back that creates great carry percentage. Once the oil carries down I know it will be tough but you have to put it away and go to something with an "A" on it (715 or 505A).

got the 930 for the main reason that no one other then I has
the newer line of Track equipment in my center. pretty close to
a standard 4 x 4 layout. (tweeked a little for my pap).
Over the lest 6 weeks, have watched my average in the only league I
bowl in go from 206 to 220 with only shooting under 700 once.
It reads our standars house shot really well. Only issue I have from
middle of 2nd game on is carry. because of my speed, moving left promotes
10 pins. But believe me when I say, Track has that answer with the 920..
the energy that saves for the backend is great..

I drilled my 930T with the pin below the ring finger. Cg was kicked 2-3 inches and a good size hole was placed along the midline. The reaction I got was very poor on alot of conditions... One that stands out is a THS. I tried just about all surfaces you can think of, and even polished it at 2K Abralon, and it still didnt want to work good on the THS compared to some of the other choices.

   After trying multiple surfaces, I then took it back down to I think 400 with the Brown Lane Masters Pad. It now works better than ever when I see 45+ ft. conditions. 85% of the long conditions I hit, I can take on with my pin down 920A but for those 15% that wont, I simply bring this bad boy out. If I had to rate this ball I would give it a 9, just because 70% of bowlers may not use this ball for what its intended for. Just dont force this thing to work on what its not meant for and you will be fine. John

Working in a Pro-shop feeds my hunger for new equiptment. I received this 930T as a used ball. It had been previously drilled for a lefty. I fully plugged it and drilled it for me. I put in a 5X3X3 drilling,pin above ring, MB 1 inch left of VAL (one of my personal favorites)and then I resurfaced the ball to 4000 with Black Magic on top. Beautiful purple/black ball befitting of Batman.
I took this ball out to the lanes, THS. I was able to play five up, 10 to 7, 15 to 8. Excellent carry (no tens in two games) Shot a two game set of 446,pushing the swing limits until we missed on every line, switched to 715A (subject of other reviews) for the last game trying to get a read of lane conditions from a known factor. The reality was that the 930T is an excellent ball. It read the midlane perfectly and faced the pocket with full continuation through the deck. On the same lines, the 715A (same drilling/cover prep) was leaving 10 pins from weak hits. And when the line was tightened the "area" dissapeared. For me, on this condition, the 930T is far superior.
