Ball Drilled leverage (according to Del Warren of Track) 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 left of the pin(?)

Anyway.....got this ball at a Track Seminar because it has the same core as my Crunch Time that I love so much.  I needed a heavy oil ball and this one has fit my needs, sometimes too much.  I'm a tweener (with cranking tendencies at times) with medium revs and speed and this thing sometimes hooks too much.  I play second arrow and sometimes swint this thing out to the 2-3 board and it comes back and hits hard.  Good carry, pins seem to stay fairly low with good action.  Once I got used to the big hook it became controllable in a short time.  Remember I'm 41 years old and just started back into bowling in March after a 18 year layoff, and I never bowled in a league prior to that!

The Slash is alot of ball for the money and with the versatile core and the great coverstock it's a huge bargain IMNBH0.  It outhooks my Bully, and my Animal but further testing with the Animal is forthcoming as I've changed my release since the last time I through it but on similar tosses the Animal would never come back like the Slash.

Track has another winner and even in the short I'm I've been back in this I've become a huge Track fan.  Crunch Time, Animal, now the Slash are part of my arsenal and I love all 3 balls.

Del's approach and release tips I learned at the seminar have made a huge difference in my consistency as well.

Kudos to Del Warren and Track Bowling!

Ball: 4 x 4 layout, pin is 2 1/4 above the midline. Surface was left in factory condition.

Lane Conditions: various

Reaction: A few words come to mind about this ball, but the one that always comes out of my mouth first is SMOOTH! This ball reads the entire lane extremely well, but it does not jump when it encounters the dry boards.

HOOK: This ball is right along the lines that Havoc was for me. It is Smooth, but it can definately handle some oil. If you have read my review on the Xception, this ball is slightly stronger than the Xception I have drilled leverage. With a surface adjustment the Slash would easily handle the heavier house conditions that most would face. For those that had the Triton Elite, I see the Slash about 3-4 boards stronger than my Elite was.  9.0

Control: The Slash is all about control. The factory finish does not allow it to jump too much when it gets to the dry boards, but it also has it smooth enough that it will get down the lane well on a fresh shot. 8.5

HIT: As with just about every ball Track has made, this ball hits hard. Just like the Freakazoid it tends to keep the pins low and drives them backwards. 9.5

Readability: Because of how smooth it is in every part of the lane, it makes a good ball to read the lanes with. With the heavy roll that this ball has, it is just one of those balls you can watch down the lane and know what kind of pattern you are on. If it hooks up early you are certianly on a shorter pattern, and if it skids too far you know you are on a longer pattern. 8.5

OVERALL: This ball is a bargain in the midprice category. So much about this ball reminds me of the Havoc. Every now and then you come across that one ball that when you throw it you know it is a strike...the Slash is one of those balls. It is so consistant in every part of the lane.

8.5

...bet you'd thought I'd quit completely.  Wrong.

Ball specs
15 lb.
2.5" pin
3 oz. TX

Drill specs
4 X 5 (label, pin next to ring finger)

Threw this bad boy 2 ways, dull (600 wet/dry) and shiny (1500 wet/dry, 2X Black Magic)

I've really slowed down this year bowling wise, so I was actually excited about drilling up something new.  We've got a nice little local tournament that draws from all over the country, so I get a chance to meet up with a bunch of friends.  Anyway, to make a long story short, I didn't have any strong, solid resin to speak of, so I drilled up a Slash.

The tournament shot was 45' with OB outside of 5 and flat in.  I predominantly threw particle, but towards the middle of the set, I went to the Slash because of the drying heads.  I was really impressed with the midlane roll that the Slash picked up and shocked by the power at the pins.  In this environment, the Slash was a great control ball, but didn't see much action becuase of my early decision.  I didn't bowl particularly well (none of the other lefties did either), but liked what I saw out of my new ball.

I knew that I would never be able to throw the Slash on my normal house condition with this surface, so I hit the ball spinner and shined 'er up.  I was amazed at how responsive to surface changes.

The league shot I'm on this year is dry and kind of tough, really sensitive to side roll (i.e. side roll is bad).  I've been throwing a Bruiser, going right up the back with soft hands and firm speed.  I've had problems when I get carrydown since I can't get around the ball because it goes crazy down the lane.   On the fresh, the Slash was way too much.  By the middle of the 2nd game, the carrydown was starting to kick in and I switched to the Slash.  Not only did it pick up right where the Bruiser left off, it was muck more impressing doing it.  Even with the super shiny surface, the midlane read is just unbelievable.  I could take my hand out of it completely and the ball read the lane perfectly.  Later on (after league), I moved in a tried getting around it a little more to see what it would do.  The strong roll actually eliminated some of the over/under I've had when I try and twirl it up a bit.

Like the early Zones, you can watch the Slash pick up the lane and just start revving up.  In addition, you backend is strong and continuous and the hit....well, it hit's really good.

I'm really impressed by the Slash, especially at it's price point.  Very versatile cover and very responsive to hand position/release changes.  If you're looking for a stronger resin, you can't go wrong with the Slash.

Weight: 15 1/2lbs
Top: 3oz
Pin: 2.5
Drill: pin under ring followed with cg, wanted a drill that gave me the same flare potential of a stack drill with less length.
Lane Condition: Heavy oil on syntheds
Bowler: Right handed tweener, med high revs, speed is questionable

So I seen this ball thrown by Ameleto Monacelli, which I know I've spelled his name wrong so I am sorry for that, when the tour was in town. The pattern was short and he has a good number of revs so I wasn't too impressed, but what did impress me was that fact that this ball would ride the half board and still make the trip. This is what confirmed the fact that this would most definitely buy this ball a spot in my bag.

With this ball I have only about 10 games on it and let me say this ball is truly a sleeper ball. The ball just does what needs to be done, all you have to do is lay it down and give it some turn. I started off walking 27 and letting it go at 24, which at this house is flooded, the ball did jack just went straight. So next shot I kicked back on some of the speed and just watch the ball slide out to about 12, straighten up at about 10, then the show started. This ball flipped over and made a turn like a cop gotten a call for half off on donuts at Krispy Kreme. Hit the pins and made them fly. Not getting to excited I tried it again and just like that it repeated the shot for me. By this time I got a couple of the house guys watching and dazzled. Wanted to make sure that this just wasn't some type of bowling fluke so I shot it again, but I shorted my swing and my arm naturally compensated by pulling the shot left, but this just didn't matter to the SLASH. She took the pull and rolled with it, ball caught the oil and rode 18, made the turn and left me a solid ten, but the ball was not done. The power alone sent the 7 into the wall and then across the deck right into that lone 10. Now those guys were down on the lanes trying to see what ball it was and how it was drilled. I was impressed with its hold in the oil and then its recovery once it caught the dry. I moved my shot all night long and never really came into any serious problems that just weren't poor shots.

This is really a good ball; it reacts well to good shots and high hits. Haven't really had any light hits with it but the oil seemed to have no effect on it. Did experience some carry though and the ball ran through it like a yellow light getting ready to go red. This is also one of those faith balls, were right when you think the shot is bad and you drop your head, then when you look up and the pins are down and that X is flashn'. The ball doesn't give up even when you do, as I did, as I tired out.

The only problems I had with the ball; were that on some shots the ball got the pins airborne, which could have been due to my speed or pull on the ball, but in any case it left some solids in those situations. I came into contact with 1 split, and 1 solid 5 on a head pin shot. (Yeah that’s what I said) Another problem but not really, was the fact that this ball doesn't have very good carry on Brooklyn shots and that's okay cause we shouldn't be rewarded for not hitting the right mark.

All and all this is a wonderful hundred dollar ball, at least that's how much I paid for it w/o drilling. Get the ball put a drill on it your comfortable with and hit the lanes, and be careful on how much you fall in love with this ball cause your other balls will get jealous. Smooth and readable. You know when its going to break right and break wrong. Also, be careful cause this ball will draw out your line quickly and you might strike too much. Good Skill and Great Bowling. Make this ball apart of your family!!!

Higher speed lefty, medium revs.
Working on a looser arm swing (Using Jowdy's "Over / Under theory).

Ring finger: 4.625"; 1/8 reverse, lateral 1/2 left
Middle Finger: 4.75"; 1/8 reverse, lateral 1/8 right
Thumb: 0 lateral, 1/4 reverse; 1" oval
PAP: 5", 1" up

Ball wt.: 15 lbs.

Ball Drilled: 5 x 4, with 3/4" weight hole, 1-1/2" deep.

Bowled on Wednesday with the Slash. Stopped in a center I hadn't bowled in before. I threw 1st ball standing 16 targeting 8 (slid at 18), left the 2-7, chopped the 2 straight back. Moved my feet 4 right to 20, target to about 12 (slid at 22).Left the 2-7-8, chopped the spare left 7 pin.
Moved my feet to 22, squared up, hit 15 going away out to 12. (slid at 22). Went sheet for 258.

Changed balls, took out Storm Banshee (drilled stacked 3-3/8 x 3-3/8).
Moved feet to 18, target 10, (slid 18), left a 9 pin. Moved feet to 19, target 11 out to 7. Threw next 4. Lane man was oiling for league, so I sat for about 15 minutes. Guessed, and moved feet to 16, target 7, tripped a 4 pin for a strike. Left a couple of 9 pins. Shot 236.

3rd game I went back to the Slash, feet at 19, target 11 out to ANYWHERE...Left a 9 pin, went sheet until the last ball in the 10th, moved in 2 boards, swung out to 5, pocket 7-10, with a messenger taking out the 7, for 279.

Both balls were coated with Doc's Magic Bowling Ball Elixir. I was using Ron C's Magic Carpet for the first time in both balls. Rolling at about 18-19 mph, medium-high revs. I did nor like this ball the first few times I threw it...Ball fit problems. Worked on the thumb hole, a bit and seemed to help. Overall it is a replacement for the Track Elite, with a more aggressive cover.

This ball starts up early with a very predictable strong arc.

My Slash has a stacked drilling with the Pin under the ring finger.
I maintain a clean factory surface of 600.

As a tweener, I can move in and swing this ball and get recovery, more-so than the GP2.

Both balls are a critical part of my arsenal.

This ball was suggegsted an layed out by a track staffer. Pin next to ring cg at 60 degrees, axis was 5  1/4" from the pin on the center line. At first i couldnt carry much with this ball, then i took a bigger drill bit an took my side weight down to 0 from 3/4 an what a difference it has made. This ball is very smooth an hooks a ton. The way i have it set up it is not a good ball for the fresh but carry down this ball is awesome!!!

I drilled my Slash 5.5 x 3 with the pin over the fingers and the balance hole on my axis (shiny surface) - I drilled this ball to go long and have a strong arc and I am not disappointed. This ball goes long and arcs hard to the pocket with great hit. What I like about this ball is the cover is VERY versatile. It can be easily shined and brought back to surface with a quick trip to the spinner. The Core also makes this ball very easy to get the desired reaction you are looking for. So far this ball reminds me a lot of a V2 sanded with better hit. A great ball at a great price.

The Slash is in my opinion the most versatile ball in Track's line-up. I have three Slash's to review.

Ball #1 - Pin is 4". I drilled this ball 5x3 pin above the fingers with a hole 1" from the axis. Polished with clean-n-polish. This is the ball that I use most often. The polish allows me to get the ball through the heads with ease and this ball has great recovery. This ball eats up your typical house shot.

Ball #2 - Pin 2 1/2". This ball was drilled 4x3 with the pin under ring finger hole also 1" from axis. I keep this ball with more surface to read the lane sooner. This ball picks up a roll about 4'-5' sooner than ball #1 and is used mostly in tournaments.

Ball #3 - Pin 2". This ball is drilled with the pin under middle finger and the cg in the center of my grip. This ball has very tight flares and not allot of change in direction. I use this when the lanes get tougher.

I don't think anyone could go wrong adding a Slash to your arsenal. Surface adjustments are very easy and help the ball do what you want it to.

The Slash I drilled was to replace one of my Crunch Time balls that saw much use throughout the year.  It has a 2” pin drilled 4 ½ by 5 (pin next to my ring finger), with no extra hole.  I polished it with Track Clean and Polish, as I was replacing one of my pearlized Crunch Times.  The ball rolled just as expected. It is very readable with nice push through the heads and a fairly strong move on the backend.  I have had success with it on most patterns, including the walled up league shots and the tough flat conditions. With the exception of very dry heads or very slick backends, this ball will work.  This is a highly recommended ball for all skill levels. I will carry this ball in my tournament arsenal until Track releases the next generation of the ball (which I’m sure they will).

By far the most versitle ball made by Track.  I drilled mine with the pin below the bridge, and the cg kicked right an inch and a half.  Out of the box, it was very strong in the mid lane, and still had good backend.  I polished it, and it made the ball much longer, with a strong backend reaction.  Both surfaces gave me a good look with the ball on a variety of conditions.  This ball will fit almost any style, and depending on the surface, it will work on a lot of different lane conditions.

This ball has my favorite weight block of all time.
The proven elite core.

I drilled mine like all the other balls Track has made
with this weight block.

I put the pin under my ring finger cg 1 1/2 inches to the right
x hole 1 inch past my PAP, I left it at box finish.

This ball reads the midlane well while still having
pop on the backend.

Combining my drilling pattern with this ball
makes it the perfect benchmark ball for a variety
of conditions from house shots to PBA patterns.

It is one ball every bowler should have,
from league bowler to tournament bowler.

Layout: pin 4.5" from PAP over ring finger, c.g. near grip center with no extra hole

This has got to be one of the most predictable balls I have ever thrown.
I can use it on an extremely walled house shot without having the ball over-react to the dry outside boards - a huge plus for high-rev bowlers.
I have played outside 2nd arrow on heavier oil patterns and it rolls up smooth with tons of energy.
I have played inside 4th arrow and this ball gives me a great midlane read while saving enough energy to turn on the backend and carry.

This is definitely the first ball out of the bag for me.

I bowl in a wood house with cooked heads. 38 Ft Pattern with a buff to 42-ft. Ball speed 18-19 mph. Med. revs. The pin is 0-1.  Drilled it with the pin under my ring finger with a 1’ kick to the right of the thumb. Ball needs a little bit of oil if left at box surface. Gives me the same read as the Original Elite.  A good choice for someone looking for a reasonably priced benchmark ball.  Great bang for the buck.  Great midlane read, excellent cornering ability.  Remember bowlers when done bowling use a great product we are fortunate to have at Track clean  your equipment with Track Clean N Dull.

I used my favorite reactive layout for symmetric cores a 4X4 with a 13/16" balance hole on axis drilled 2 1/2" deep back to 1/2 pos.

Find some first shift oil, and with the Slash you've got a ball that just about guarantees a reaction, even for harder speeds and low revs. What impressed me the most with the Slash was the wide range of breakpoints I could create with surface changes. The PowerPlus EX reactive coverstock really gets through the heads with ease, even with the box finish on a fresh condition. I then took the surface to 1000, got about 3' more length, then applied Magic Shine and increased the length another 3'. Although my ball reaction couldn't be considered as angular as the Arsenal Angular, it was a hard arcing move to the pocket with powerful hit, and the Slash definitely has it's place in any player's bag.

Well this ball speaks for itself, a solid cruchtime(triton elite).I really enjoy throwing this ball, its very preditable.I drilled mine with pin 5' from axis and cg shifted 1/2 right of centerline. This ball compliements my freakazoid. Its cleaner through the fronts that my freakazoid and little less backend. When the lanes are a little touchy the balls smoothes out that reaction.

I am a very amateur bowler who is recently trying to get more serious about bowling.  I bowled with a Columbia Messenger Ti Pearl and carried a 165 average.  Then about a year ago my Messenger was stolen, and I haven't bowled much since until about a couple of months ago.  In the last couple of months I have taken up the sport again with a more serious attitude for improving my game.  Since I have started back I have been using my friend's Storm Eraser.  I was suprised to find that I haven't lost too much of my game.  I was carrying about a 160 average with the Eraser.

I had to get my own ball, but which one do I get?  By talking with my pro shop staffer and reading reviews from this site and others I decided to go with the Track Slash.  I have no regrets whatsoever.  I bought mine with a pin distance of 3" and had it drilled with the pin right below my ring finger.  I throw with medium speed and med revs.

To me, this ball is not very pretty to look at, but who cares, it performs.  I wanted a versatile ball, since (atleast until I get some more money) this will be the only ball I carry.  I got what I wanted.  In all but extreme conditions this ball performs beautifully.  Predictable, controllable, powerful.  I am rewarded on bad shots as well as good.  I have never seen so many strikes from hitting on the head pin and brooklyn.  Although I shouldn't be rewarded for these shots, I won't complain.  I play on mostly medium-heavy oiled lanes and this ball handles them well.  It has a stronger backend than I expected, but still very controllable for someone of my skill level.  As a testament to this ball my average went from the 160 to a 184 since the purchase of the Slash.

I am now the weak link in the chain, not the ball.  My only complaint is that the next ball I purchase will have a high standard to live up to.  Great ball, great price, great buy.  I would recommend this ball to anyone.

From here on out, it is nothing but the best, and the best is Track! So I decided to have me a Slash punched up. This ball, I was told was like the Triton Elite of old and that it had a smooth reaction to the pocket. Ball looked really intimidating out of the box, but, with the pin above ring finger layout, the reaction was very tamed. This is one of the best symmetric balls to come from the Track line. I never threw an Triton Elite, but I can understand why everybody says that particular ball was a great ball in its hay day! The Slash has a very smooth reaction and does not over jump boards prior to the pocket. It is also very versatile. I could play a direct line, migrate inside and play deep as well and it still made the hook to the pocket! One of my favorites from Track. It could very well be the first ball out of the bag and the only ball to be used for the entire night of league! I'm glad to be back on the FASTTrack to success!

Ball:  My Slash was drilled with the pin and the CG 4.125" from my PAP.  Ball has a 2.25" pin-CG distance.  The pin is 2" above my midline, and has an extra hole drilled with a 15/16" bit 2.25" deep at 1" beyond my PAP.  Ball was left in box finish for a while, but now has a very light coat of polish.

I've used this ball with good success on my local league shot.  The Slash clears the heads easily, especially with the light polish, and has a strong breakpoint with good continuation through the pins.  The breakpoint is a very strong arc...not quite flippy, even though it has a strongish drill.   With the light coat of polish, it's been a better matchup for me on medium-length PBA patterns, specifically Pattern #1.

Along with my Crunch Time, the Slash has been a great choice for me on medium length/moderate volume patterns.  The carry is excellent for a mid-priced ball, and the cover appears to be easy to modify.  Every bowler could use a ball like this!

TRACK SLASH - WHY I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER "HIGH PERFORMANCE" BALL.

Ball Specs:

My driller layed it out like this cause of the short pin. He contacted Track about it. I was afraid the ball wasn't going to hook as much as I thought it would have with a more normal layout but I was wrong! This ball is amazing. Its very smooth I would say its in between a arc to a strong arc. It comes back pretty strong. I shot a 267 with the front 9 with it the third game with it. I will never buy another "High Performance" ball. Track's mid-price balls are so amazing. You can't beat it for $90. GET ONE!

Picked this ball up used from Dave300(great seller). Ball was fully plugged and ready to drill so I put the pin over bridge and kicked the cg out 2" from grip center with a weight hole.

This ball was thrown on med oil ths, tapered out to 8, dry outside of that. Oiled to 28 buffed out to 40. Coverstock is OOB.

With the drill that is on it, the Slash gets down the lane pretty nicely and has a hard pronounced turn on the backend. It is not a controllable reaction by any means. This is not my benchmark ball. Although, I could tame it down a bit with coverstock prep or redrilling. I didnt drill my Slash as a benchmark ball because I have other ball(s) that fill that slot. The Slash for me is good on med to med/hvy and will move hard on the backend if there is dry boards to work with. It hits the pins well, but different. It isnt a pronounced pop, but rather sounds like the pins are breaking!! Keeps pins low and flushes them straight back into the pit.

All in all, a great ball. Very versatile with drill patterns considering most use the ball as a benchmark piece. I get a totally different reaction out of mine with the drill. So it can be used to fit a few different slots in one's arsenal. Great mid price ball from Track. Another winner!!

This ball from Track is a flat out winner here!

Track Slash
Weight: 15#
Pin: 2"
Top Weight: 2 3/4 oz.

Layout: Pin under bridge for smoothness and control, factory surface

I got this ball used from mrbowlingnut(A++++ seller) with a slight crack on the bridge of the fingers. I got it plugged and redrilled for me with the layout above. I was looking for a ball I could read the lanes with, smoothness from the heads to the pindeck. This ball is perfect for what I was looking for.

On the condition that I was on,(THS with clean backends) the Slash reads very smooth and transitions off the dry like a urethane(no snap at all). Once carrydown took over, it floated down the lane and started hitting very weak.  To me, this is a sign of what this ball can do: tell me what to use, when to change, and what lane condition is out there.(A very good thing btw, )

With this particular ball, it needs dry in order to work. If this ball is used on soup(in this layout), it will have to be very direct and with as much hand as I have(which ain't much btw, rev deprived ).  On the THS, it reacts well as long as there clean backends with no carrydown. Once the lanes transition, put this ball away. Otherwise, leaving the 5 pin and other weak hits will become more common.

Grades:

Heavy oil: 5/10
Medium oil: 10/10
Light oil: 7/10

Total Grade: A+ (fits the bill for me and my arsenal)

Overall: This ball does exactly what I wanted it to do. It reads the lanes perfectly and is a nice control ball. It will serve as being the first ball out of the bag on league nights and a mainstay in my arsenal. Great job by Track!

Pin-CG:  3-1/2 X 4-1/2
Pin Placement- One inch above Midline
Finish-Out of the Box

Track has opened my eyes to the mid price equipment that they have.  The Slash is a great ball for medium to oily lanes.  In tournament play I had a few other lefty's on my pair with the outside lane gone and I was the only one having trouble with the ball hitting square with the headpin.  The greatest asset of this ball and layout is breakpoint.

In the floods this ball will just skip over the oil and have a dramatic recovery to the pocket.

In a travel league I was able to just put the ball out in the dry and have it come back into the pocket for an explosive finish.  Trust comes to mind when rolling this ball, because I know that the ball will make a good recovery consistently.  This will allow me to play inside angles for the tough tournament shots that require a tight inside angle.

If you are looking for a ball that gets through the fronts pretty well, starts reving in the midlane with a breakpoint that is greater than a lot of the high performance equipment then look no further.  This ball is a great mid price ball and I am going to be getting the Solutions series for my wood lanes.  With the core and cover combination you can't go wrong.  Next time you are looking for a great reactive ball for heavy to medium lanes, think of the Slash.

Ok it's Kordell Stewart Time. Just kidding, for those of you who know their football, Kordell Stewart (Former Steelers/Ravens QB was nicknamed "Slash" for his ability to play QB and Wide Receiver!)

Alright, on a serious note, here is my review on the Track Slash after about 50-60 games on this ball.

Versatility
This is my benchmark ball. I wanted something that would be the first out of the bag type ball for league. This quickly became just that as I encountered a lot of wet/dry type conditions at my home center. We hit this ball with some Clean N' Smooth and the ball became just that, "Smooth." Oily lanes were out of the question, but medium oil patterns with clean backends seemed to be this ball's best friend. Even with the Clean N' Smooth, this ball was too much for dry lanes.

Hook
You are going to hear me mention this word alot, "control." With the Clean N' Polish, this ball was tamed down a bit. I got an Arc type motion out of this ball. This is not a hook monster, but I believe if I took the surface down to 800, it would be a different story. The Slash's arc type motion was very predictable and this is great when you want to put away your snappy reacting equipment and stay out of trouble.

Length
With the cover adjustment, I got more length out of the ball. We used Track's Clean N' Smooth to try and blend out the stripped backends we see at my center. Not only did the Polish blend out the backend perfectly, it added some length to it.

Control/Readability
Janet Jackson eat your heart out! Jk, hehe. Control is the key word for this ball. When reading lanes, I like to take this ball out because it is very even. I tend to fool myself using stronger balls to read lanes during practice, because the motion of the ball in the backends can be a bit too much. I like the Slash because it is "neutral" on the backend with its' arc motion. If the Slash is hooking a bunch, I know the backend is clean or the pattern is short. If the Slash is skating, then the pattern must be longer or the backends aren't as clean. I'll make adjustments or a ball change if needed. This is what I like about the ball the most.

Hit
Nothing out of the ordinary with this ball, but the predictability of it's backend motion makes for great carry when around the pocket.

Overall Impressions and Final Thoughts
"Control...I'm never gonna stop...Control...Now I'm all grown up..." Oh I'm sorry. I got Janet Jackson singing in my head hehe again. Ok kids, by now, you should know that this Slash for me was all about control and predictablity.  Other have used this ball on Heavier conditions and I think that with a surface adjustment I would be able to use this ball for just that reason. A surface change and layout selection helped me get this ball to get the control I needed. I am now curious to see what a Light-Medium particle load ball would do in the same slot of my arsenal (i.e. Arsenal Aggressive). We'll have to see!
Great Job Track!

Still my benchmark ball. Very smooth off the breakpoint. Drilled pin under ring with cg kicked an inch w/small weight hole. Polished with Magic Shine. I can allways use this ball to determine if there is too much or to little oil. With all the new Track balls out this one remains one of my favorite.

Well what can i say about the slash but AWESOME. i used this ball over the whole lane on some heavy stuff tonight, i personally sucked with finding my mark myself but when i had issues with hitting in high, it carried, hitting light, it carried, brooklyn, everything it did its business. I have it drilled 4 1/2 " span with the pin above ring finger i believe, not good with that stuff. but i could play with that ball anywhere pretty much. like i said, the scores sucked but the ball didnt. i just didnt adjust, i just played with the ball to see whats up, and apparently it is.
Get this ball if you need a good medium-heavy oiled lanes and if you need a good benchmark readible ball. NOW THIS BALL IS ON THE FasTrack!

Had this ball drilled Stacked Leverage, used it for 7 games on medium/heavy lane conditions, flat pattern. I have 300-350 RPMS, speed is about 17-18 MPH. I was standing on the 7 board, and playing straight up the 3 board, and this ball the first few shots, i saw it go too long, leaving a couple 7 pins. I noticed that my hand was trying to turn the ball a lot, so i kept my hand under the ball more, played that same line, and averaged 203 for 7 games, which normally, i averaged 170s back then so that was pretty good for me. GREAT ball and I think it'd be a great Benchmark ball for medium, stroker style bowlers, and possibly a VERY VERSATILE ball. Great ball produced my Track, I'd like to thank Mike Morgan for drilling this ball though, and Michael with his awesome videos that got me wanting to try Track again.
