Hey Snoop,

Definitely gotta give Jeff props, he's built quite the legacy as a coach. I've even encountered some of his time when my game was all out of whack! He was also a key factor in getting me to switch back to Track as well! However, its rare if you see him in town now though. He has freakin' 11 pro shops between Alabama and Tennessee now! God Bless You and have a great week!

Edmond.......Yeah, and I know about Duggan and have had a couple lessons from her approx 2 years ago and they didn't seem to help. She seems to do much better with more advanced type bowlers whom know and understand all of the basics and need only "fine-tuning" such as Sixcranker and such bowlers, than she does with bowlers in my class that need a bunch of help.

She can teach everyone.  Not just people that need fine tuning.  She has a lot of knowledge and can help you, your just not going to see results right away which in bowling is normal.  The best thing for you would probably be to ask someone to video tape you and see what you can change.

I'll have to give Edmond some thought...I've got a ton of brainstorming going on down here...the way things are I may just have to make a move to OK someday...anyways...God Bless You and have a great week!

Chris, sorry but I have to disagree with you here. From what I have seen and personally experienced, she is more for the advanced bowler and does a good job for those type bowlers. When I tried her, she didn't even have a video camera to tape and show you what was wrong. For coaching people like myself, Carol Norman has all of the knowledge, the tools and the equipment to properly teach with, as a Good bowling coach should have. She used to come to Edmond every 2-3 months, but hasn't been back for quite sometime that I am aware of. In fact Carol was listed as one of the top 100 bowling coaches. Don't know why she isn't listed this time unless she quit coaching or moved to another state and I missed her. There was also a Jerry Way from Oklahoma City listed and I don't see him listed this time either. I've asked around a bit and can't seem to find anyone that knows him.

I'm glad you like him.

I've found some of the best coaches to be ones with no certifications, been in the sport for years, willing to help you out for little to nothing because they enjoy it, and usually aren't the best averaging bowlers, and are completly old school.  When I was in Fl the mechanic got be from 150 to 180 in about a month, and hadn't bowled in 15 yrs! LOL
