I have one.  I bought mine from a shop here in Omaha.  I was told that it was a robo rule that got mismarked a columbia ball instead of track.  I have no complaints with mine.  Bought NiB for 99.00

As long as the pin, top weight and mb are such that you can drill the ball the way you want there should be no problem.  What you need to be careful of are balls that have pin, mb or top weights that are so bizarre that you are really limited as to how you can drill them.  The Track seconds that I have used (I've had several) have been seconds because they have had really long pins, very low or high top weights or cosmetic blemishes.  I've had good success with them.  I very much like Track for calling them "2nd's" and selling them for less.  This is much better than calling them "Pro Pins" or "Pro CG's" and selling them for normal price like some companies do.
