Title: Action Packed or Heat Blast
Post by: earmite26 on April 09, 2006, 03:51:12 AM
Anybody thrown these two for a comparison?  Need a new med-dry ball.  I have an Action that I like.  I also have an old Triton Heat that I still use but am ready to retire.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks.

EarMite,

Haven't thrown the AP but I own a Heat Blast. I feel the AP would have alot more backend than the Heat Blast. For me the Blast has a very smooth arc, it is NOT very jumpy, a very controlled arc. I also feel the AP will give you alot of backend snap, probably about twice or 3X as more backend than the Heat Blast...just my personal thoughts and I hope this helps you buddy! God Bless You and have a great week!

I believe that the Action Packed would be considerably stronger than the Heat Blast, especially in the backend of the lanes. For med/dry the Blast would definately be the better choice.

Goodluck,
