From what I heard, it's the best ball ever, and will set a new standard. The Wizard of Oz himself had input on the design, which is why it's called "emerald"... Dead giveaway.. . It's going be part of their new "Wizard" series, designed to compete with Storm's "Signature" series. Smart move on EBI's part.

Count me as curious.

I've done well in the past with Track's mid-level balls.  If this ball is similar in motion to the 607a (which it may be given the specs), I would purchase.

Of all of the new releases from the Ebonite brands this is the one I was actually surprised by. Thought it was going to be another overseas release (they have several in this series) when the information was posted a while back.

It is in a price point and category I enjoy..... and get the most use from versus all of the hype that goes into the high performance releases.

The other ball I was happy to see announced was the Tundra. Glad I purchased one. The Kinetic will be next for me. Most bowlers will be after the high performance stuff as usual.
