power machine
« on: November 21, 2006, 12:52:22 PM »
Hey everyone i don't post alot but i have a question for everybody. I just shot the best game i have ever shot last night with my team mates strike zone. a 266 i had the front seven for the 1st time ever. needless to say i really like the SZ. i just won a power machine i was wondering if anyone knows if those to balls are similar at all or if i should just sell the power and get a SZ. sorry bout the lenght of this thanx in advance. I still like track though thats why i was hopin they might be kind similar.

They are different types of balls. The Power Machine stores much more energy down the lane than the sz.

PERSONALLY I would drill the Power Machine....it is an awesome ball and you won't be disappointed.

Hey nebowler73,

Definitely agree with my Tag Team partner here.  The 2 balls have different reaction shapes.  The SZ tends to be a little early with some continuation while the Power Machine goes longer with a stronger backend.  If drilled properly, and some lite surface adjustments, both balls can be used efficiently.

nebowler,

You've posted the same in Brunswick as well.http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=143849&ForumID=2&CategoryID=2  The advice provided by Carl & Rick needs no further explanation.  That being said, get both and sell the one (preferrably to me ) that doesn't work for you.
