4 Weeks and still No Ball

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered my Mean Machine from Track I won on the 15th of July.  They say it's been shipped but can't find out anything from FedEx or get the shipping number.  Hope it will come soon.  Not bashing Track because they have been cooperating and helping me with this issue.  Just wanted to rant a little bit.

Looks like something went wrong in shipping?  where does it say the ball was delivered to

I know someone else who has the same problem.  He won the ball about a month ago.  I saw him last Thursday and he said he still has not received the ball as of yet.  Wonder what the deal is.
