Crash was and is the closest thing to a VooDoo it was a remake of sorts but not an exact duplicate.  Basically a tweaked remake if you will.

yes, the crash is about as close to a remake as your going to find... The Slash can be made to react like it I imagine...

Crash was "plain" Super-Flex; VooDoo was Enhanced Super-Flex.
Enhanced is likes more oil and is more aggressive; thus, even polished is more arc-y in overall ball reaction.

No, I am really sure!
(FYI There is very slight difference in core specs,2.52 vs 2.54 and,047 vs .048 but the core shape is the same. Can you imagine the power of the VooDoo if it had had the Titanium/cermaic core nugget?)

Get an old red/blue Messenger Ti (the solid), then get a Messenger Ti Traction, finish them to the same cover prep, drill them the same and you'll see a similar difference. The only diff, AFAIK, is the Traction uses Enhanced SuperFlex.

Not sure what the new Messenger Low RG is, pearl, solid or a  cpmbo. It is also supposed to be enhanced Super-Flex.
