Title: Follow up on my earlier post...
Post by: RHWestar57 on August 21, 2006, 11:27:01 AM
Well, I got Track on the phone today. Got transfered to a Cole somebody (sorry, can't remember his last name). Got his voicemail. Left a message. Not 5 minutes later my phone rang. It was Del Warren. He apoligised for the problem. The problem was the ball I ordered, the Solution Power Plus EX, has been discontinued. This was the reason for the delay.
While I was still on the phone with Del, got another call. It was Cole. Called him back & told him I had just talked with Del & it was taken care of. I just needed to call Track back & ask for a Dawn & she would get the order for the new ball & get it out. It has now been taken care of. An Equation will be on it's way tomorrow & should be here by the end of the week.
Though it took a little while, Track did come through. I will give them great kudos for getting on it when they heard a customer was in need of their services. They were very apologetic & understanding.
As a side note, one of the people there even mentioned my post on this site! Guess some of the ball companies are paying attention to what goes on here. I want to say thank you to Track for their ball a day give away & for bringing this episode to a happy conclusion. Once they get the ball rolling, Del & his people really come through!

I am glad that it got taken care of bud.

BTW I think the Equation is a much better ball than the Solution PP EX.

Hey, I hope that doesn't mean the PP EX isn't good! I just picked one up NIB!! J/K.

All jokes aside, Track's customer service is second to none. They have been nothing but helpful anytime I had an issue.

Sorry RH, I meant to mention that yesterday but forgot.  I had a feeling it might be a ball that was out of stock.  Glad it has been resolved...

Thanks for the replys. Track does have a lot of good people. I've liked Track equipment. Still have a urethane Enforcer I've had for about 17-18 years & an Arsenal Agressive. My high game & high series were thrown with Track.
