4,984 Pin Fall in one day
« on: March 12, 2006, 07:29:20 PM »
Hey y'all, just went bowling today for 4 and a half hours, and did some cool stuff:

Bowling center: Highland Lanes, Ausin, TX.
Start time: 7:47 PM March 12, 2006
End Time: 12:13 AM March 13, 2006
Elapsed Time: 4:26
High Game: 235
Low Game: 118

Number Of GAMES:: 28
Number Of STRIKES:: 121
Number Of SPARES:: 100
Number Of BLISTERS:: 1
TOTAL PIN FALL:: 4,984
Average:: 178

SCORES:: 137, 183, 169,
199, 173, 200,
193, 179, 182,
165, 182, 180,
155, 134, 170,
235, 186, 118,
185, 202, 230,
191, 175, 151,
165, 221, 199, 125

I just thought I'd share with everyone on the site.  I was pretty pumped.
I am part of my newly founded "100 Club." After I saw on the computer that I had 95 strikes, I decided to go for 100/100 of Strikes and Spares. Thought it would be really fun, and a test of the champion in me, lol. Plus it's just kinda cool.
I'm sure it's been done before, by the pros and whatnot.  But in one day?  Of nonstop bowling? For me personally, that's a feat.
121 Strikes is like 10 300s in a day! Beat THAT, PBA!

Sounds familar to me. I know the one night after work at west side lanes while carl was drilling up some balls I put on a lane for myself. I just desided to bowl and not look at the scores till I was done. I started at like 11:00pm I stoped when carl said ok im gona head home. When he went to the computer he looked at me and said 27 games. I said what are you sure. He said yup. No more of these days ok. I said ok. The next day my hand was able to fit in my dads old slate ball that he shot 300,300-840 with and his hand is way bigger then mine. That sunday I walked out of my room and saw my ball sitting on the floor and just kicked it and said no, bad ball. LOL it was funny if you know what family guy is. I kinda treated my quipment like peter on the show treats stuff. Yet I didnt feel like bowling for a while.

and I said "PLEASE, I ONLY WANT TO GET ONE MORE BALL." he responded "THAT WAS WHAT 12 BALLS AGO." I said back "WELL, YA BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT."

wow this brings back the memories of when i had just began bowling constantly. lol, i used to bowl every single day but wedensday. i believed if i bowled on a wednesday hten i would bowl bad for the rest of the week. i have no idea where that idea came from...i also remember me and my bowling buddy at the time ran up a bill of 100 bucks on bowling games in one night. it was 1.50 for games, so as you can see we were there for the longest. wow, that was like 6 years ago. luckily, we got the people to get the bill down to 50, then we proceed to call our mothers and beg
