Robo Rule
« on: March 13, 2006, 04:31:38 PM »
I have no interest in buying this ball because I have my Animal for heavy oil.  Plus the colors of this ball are just too far out for me.

I have seen the Robo Rule thrown by a few people during league and am impressed by how smooth this ball is.  Plus it has the nice hard Track hit.  I just wish Track would make some solid color balls.

The Robo Rule seems like a great piece of equipment.

chitown,

I like the swirled balls. When a bowler rolls the ball they can easily read the ball as it transitions down the lane because of the colors.

The Robo is much more ball than the Animal was. I SAY THAT AND YOU KNOW I WAS A HUGE FAN OF THE ANIMAL.

Have you seen a shined up Delta Rule go down the lane?  Well, I have both and the Robo is not so bad, actually it looks like it reving up harder due to the swirls.

EXCALIBER is right the Robo is a totally different "animal" compared to the Animal.

I know you loved the animal.  The Robo does look like a winner.  There are a few guys in my league that have them.  They have even used them on our drier pattern.  They were using them in the box cover on that pattern and it still hit great.  That is when I knew it was a good ball.  My animal in the box condition(sheen) could handle lighter oil and still carry great.  Once the animal is dulled to like 600 then it became a heavy oil beast.

I had two Delta's and yes the colors look really wierd going down the lane.  The Delta was an easy ball to see where the oil ended.  I just didn't have much luck with the Delta.
